About Heat Treatment

(General for Top Loading Washer and Bucket)

Water Guard improves water repellency by heat treatment.

After air-drying, place the dryer about 10 cm away from the clothes and heat until the surface becomes hot (approximate: 5-7 minutes per piece).

Concentrating the heat on one spot may damage the fabric. Also, do not apply to clothing that may be damaged by heat.

For clothes that can be tumble dried, heat treatment in a dryer such as a laundromat for about 10 minutes after natural drying will increase the water repellency.
